Website terms and clinical boundaries
Last reviewed July 2026.
General information only
This website provides general information about the practice. It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for care from an appropriate professional.
No therapist client relationship through the website
Viewing the website, calling, or emailing does not create a therapist client relationship. Services begin only after the practice confirms acceptance, completes the required consent process, and agrees on the service arrangement with you.
Professional status
Zeinab Nasrallah is identified as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO registration No. 19104. Qualifying registrants practise with clinical supervision. Registration information can be checked through the CRPO public register.
Informed consent
Website information does not replace an informed consent discussion. Before therapy begins, the practice discusses the nature of psychotherapy, the proposed approach, expected benefits, material risks, alternatives, likely consequences of not proceeding, fees, confidentiality and its legal limits, electronic practice where applicable, and your right to ask questions, refuse, or withdraw consent.
No promised result
Psychotherapy is individual. The website does not promise a particular result, timeline, improvement, or suitability.
Appointments, fees, and insurance
A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Fees, actual session duration, payment methods, cancellation terms, available receipts, and any sliding scale options are available to current and prospective clients by contacting zee@sonderpsychotherapy.ca. They are confirmed before service begins. Insurance reimbursement depends on the client's individual plan and is not guaranteed by the practice.
Electronic and online services
Online psychotherapy is offered only where the client's physical location, the therapist's authority to practise, professional liability coverage, privacy needs, and emergency planning make it appropriate. The electronic platform, communication risks, technology failure plan, and local emergency resources are discussed during consent.
Questions or complaints about professional services
Questions or concerns can be raised with the practice at zee@sonderpsychotherapy.ca. Clients may also contact the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario for information about professional standards and its complaints process.
Urgent concerns
The website, email address, and practice voicemail are not monitored as emergency services. Call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department for immediate danger. Call or text 988 in Canada for suicide crisis support.
